Lundberg Builders, Inc. is a full-service design and build firm serving Annapolis and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Our reputation is synonymous with award-winning designs, quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer care.

A Legacy of Craftsmanship

Lundberg Builders was established in 1977 by Brad Lundberg and his father, Art. Brad had the building knowledge, and Art, a Westinghouse employee at the time, put up $1,000 in what turned out to be a very good investment.

Brad started out undertaking small projects and carpentry, doing the hands-on work during the day, and completing estimates and office work in the evenings and on weekends. The projects kept getting larger and more complicated. Art took an early retirement from Westinghouse in 1980 and joined the firm full time, assuming the office duties.

Little by little, project by project, our company grew and flourished. For now, nearly a half century later we proudly continue to serve the Annapolis and Eastern Shore community as a family-owned and operated small business. We continue to enjoy longevity and success today because of our uncompromising standard of excellence and business values.

Many employees have been with the company for ten years or more, and in several cases, more than thirty-five plus years! As the science of building has grown more complex each year, we’ve evolved with it, enriching the expertise of our team to employ the latest state-of-the-art home building technologies.
